I think it would have the abilities of Soft And Wet, after fusing with Killer Queen.
Taking literally anything from an object like friction or heat by touching it.

I honestly think that this would actually be more similar to Soft And Wet after fusing.
It steal the literal or figurative properties of something and makes a bubble of it.
