Stop and do some research first. A simple google video search for Giant Horse Dildo will net you plenty of people who use a dildo about that big. Infact, that horse in the image is about as big as the Large Chance. Now granted you have to do a lot of practice and up-sizing, you can't just start out that big, but it doesn't mean you lose internal organs.
