  • Just a statement, while it is in all purposes their child, it is not biologically theirs. It's an adopted grey fox cub, or so the artist said, so it's not a box or a funny.

    Or a funny box...

I'm just gonna assume that's something Nick and Judy would've said in order so as to avoid being publicly shunned in their respective local areas. While Zootopia presents the mammal world in all its glory, every golden and shining coin has its dirty, much darker backside. While Disney only shows us the surface, beneath it there could potentially reside an underworld far beyond what one would even imagine to exist in our own world. But it does. It exists in too many places. So no matter how much the artist insists, no matter how many people say that the cub here is an adopted one, I will never ever accept that. I've seen and heard too much to believe that. I think it's more reasonable that Judy and Nick has made it a ghost above their relationship that the child is adopted in order to avoid having the public shun them, and most importantly, their child.

I'm honestly kinda confused by what you meant... you think you could explain it a bit more?

  • Finally, FINALLY had the chance to see this thanks to a friends generosity and I can see why it's hyped out the butt, furry community notwithstanding.

    But yeah, this is adorable.

Or a fabbit. Where to got this Information about the whole adopted thing? This would be a pity. I was going to compliment the artist for choosing a classic furry breeding rule. The child has the species of the one parent and the furr colour of the other.

Nohting aginst bos or funnys ...or fabbits

Well, consider our world. In our world, you can be publicly shunned because of the most ridicilous reasons. I've heard examples of individuals being shunned because of anything ranging from admitting that their homosexual, to the more strange instances in which they have been shunned and frozen out just because they choose a life as an atheist. It's not as common today as it once used to be, but there are still regions in which you can still be shunned for the most ridicilous reasons. And considering that the public can react with such powerful reactions in our world just because of seemingly minor issues, imagine the rage that would be caused if a rabbit and a fox were to mate. That's my point. They may say that their child has been adopted or whatever they come up with, but in reality, that's not how it is. It's just a decoy to avoid the harsh reactions which would probably crop up as a result.
