Someone's probably going to come along and add the tag eventually - otherwise the picture won't have a gender tag in accordance with the rules of the site. But you aren't alone in not being a fan of the word.

We do have an ftm tag, which from the FA description looks like it might be appropriate.

It's how the tagging system works. Even if the artist claims this is actually a dickgirl whith a detachable dick, it should still be tagged as female.
