I've taken out the "cuntboy" tag due to the character being visibly transgender. Otherwise, that term is just quite derogatory in context to this picture.

The tag 'cuntboy' "of male body + vagina" is never meant to be used derogatory, it's just the fact that unfortunately it's the most commonly used term by everybody in and outside of the fandom. Until we can get such replacement words such as 'vagentleman' to replace it, when it comes to searching and tagging as per e621.net rules, 'cuntboy' is the term we are forced to use.

Is it a perfect system and does it make everybody happy?

I even looked for a transgender tag but couldn't find one, cuntboy is the only term that's really used for characters like this one. I didn't mean to offend so I'm sorry. I guess I'll just leave it out completely next time.

cuntboy is the correct tag for this; ftm is (or rather was) a poorly named transformation tag that doesn't actually apply to this post. I'd recommend having a look at howto:tag gender as it explains gender tags better than I could here.

We don't have a transgender tag because it's a concept that is both difficult to tag consistently and conflicts with how we tag on here.

I get it. Though "FTM" is used in actual porn depicting Female to Male transgender. So I just assumed that it'd work here as well.

That should be fixed though. It would help things, since there is a difference between a cuntboy and a ftm transgender.

I'm glad they actually added the scars from top surgery, more stuff like this needs to be normalized, or at least have more of a presence!
