Eric Schwartz is not on the avoid_posting list also known as the Do not Post list (DnP for short). And there are tons of images that have "do not distribute" on them, it is more or less the old way of saying "Copyright <name>" hence the "all rights reserved." part as well, same as it was done 1997 where we are in the 2016, so I think the artist doesn't mind if his old art gets some love.

Eric also gives little-to-no fucks about the pictures from "Stripe Tease"--he was paid in contributor's copies that he couldn't get anyone to buy after being constantly harassed by Kevin "Assinio" Duane for material. "Stripe Tease" was full of that, like Mike Higgs recolouring foxes because he wasn't going to put any effort in (he knew he wouldn't get paid).
