yeah they are in college. But I've seen high school basketball players(and some football player. Hell the MLB draft high school players but they can't play for the pros until they spend 3 years in college) who have adult-like bodies ready to play.

I think they once found a 30-year old "refugee" from Congo playing in an American high school basketball team. He lied about his age, and questioning would have been considered racist.
