Does anyone know who owns this character? I can't seem to find other drawings that I know existed in the past of this guy.

That is what I'm wondering too, because I saw this RPer on F-List who add artwork featuring this character who got banned later on so that makes the search much more difficult for me. At the least, I'll add the unknown character tag.
