hes being a accuracy critic of the background. also an important part of pictures. usually background critics note small faults in the back ground, but im very sure he noted the porn too ;)

Not necessarily a flaw. In an image, the background is often less-detailed, impressionistic, or non-existent. Keeps the focus on the foreground. Furthermore, did you consider that he meant it to be that way? It does have an interesting look. It's an elevator in which the buttons aren't lined-up perfectly, duh. =P
