Right now this picture has a score of 90, almost 3 times the favorite count of 31. That is very strange. The favorite count is almost always much higher than the score for explicit pictures like this.

There was a mix-up in which this was deleted in favour of a higher-quality version, but upon closer inspection the deletion was reverted. The favourites couldn't be transferred back, and the post was left with a score of 90 and zero favs. It's bothered me for a while, but it's unimportant.
