1) It's not patreon exclusive - link to this exact version in the source.
2) Even if it was, you should flag it for true reasons (commercial content under 2 years old) instead of lying.
3) Since it's already posted, being "barely any bigger" would still mean it's bigger, and the smaller image should be deleted.

"Preserve the ancient image." Or a bit more better said, they only look at the date uploaded. That is the "duplicate" part of the flag, but sometimes people don't check for the "inferior" part of it... (This is a generalization, no cold hard facts behind it.)

1: I missed that the other version has the patreon link on it.

2: Lying? It's a duplicate because it has any hardly noticeable difference to the original post.

3: Bigger =/= better. if the image was available even larger, regardless of means, should it just be accepted as the definitive version?
