Being known for being a gender does not validated the use of inapplicable gender tags unless that gender is clear in the given image. Tag how the post itself appears, not your knowledge of something's background. This is how the TWYS system works.

Judging by the fact that Betty has boobs wich (albeit not the most prominent) are visible (although covered by a shirt) the TWYS system would have her labled as "Female".
