The way I see it, I'd wager it's a Mew transformation gone wrong. Mew containing all DNA of Pokemon, well, if not controlled would result in such a growing chimera.

Let me share a funny story with all of you.

When I was in 6th grade, I found this picture on Google images as I was using one of the public computers in the school's computer lab. I thought it looked really cool and interesting so i made it my wallpaper on that computer. It was not until this year, nearly 9 years later did it dawn on me that this was fetish porn... I unknowingly put fetish porn as my wallpaper in the middle school computer lab. Yay me.

Glad I found it again though.
