I think the fox is confused about where the rabbit's paws are. Rabbits don't have paw pads like other pawed creatures: there's only fur, no skin. She probably doesn't know where to lick.

I'm thinking it could be something licked judging by the hairs on her tongue. I'd look the same way too if I had hairs stuck on my tongue after taking a lick.

Had this vixen be a dude, this could be soooo much like Zootiopia after screentime.

Looks like they need the Schticky.

This needs to have a zootopia tag, just to remind some of the zootopian artists about the rabbit paw-pad thing...
