The Machine gun is from 1942 and the Tiger II entered service in 1944 so this would be 1944-45, if it was 1940, the Dragon would have been using MG34, the tank would likely be Pz.38(t) or Panzer II.

Production of first generation of Panzer IV started in 1938, so it also could be this tank. There wasn't many of them at the beginning of the war, but still...
