The person in question is an adult and is often dressed up as an infant or child, they might be playing with a child's toy or using infantile objects like diapers or pacifiers, and they might be performing this for sexual reasons or because of another fetish; it is not uncommon for Bondage, Hypnosis, or Humiliation fetishes to include the act of infantilism.
