A character that has EXTREME amounts of excess body fat. This tag is NOT using the medical definition of morbid obesity — it is intended to describe characters that are overwhelmingly obese, frequently beyond what is physically possible for a human being or real life animal. See the examples above for a range of what is considered morbid obesity.
Typically a morbidly obese character will have a large, fat belly that hangs down over the legs, large rolls of arm fat and leg fat, and at the very least a double chin if not multiple chins. A morbidly obese character's figure will be significantly impacted by their excess fat, making many of them very round in overall shape.
A morbidly obese character's ability to move is usually impacted by their large amount of body fat, they may even be rendered entirely immobile. At most extreme, a morbidly obese character will be impossibly fat, and essentially a living blob of fat rolls.
