When two or more characters have breasts of noticeably different size.

This can apply even if all pairs of breasts involved fall under the same "size tag" (eg. both characters may have varying degrees of big breasts, such as in the second example image). Note that this tag doesn't necessarily imply any intentional comparison by the characters, nor require any contact between the characters.
