In the Steven Universe episode, “Hit the Diamond”, The Crystal Gems dress up as humans to play a game of baseball. They give a roll call of humanized versions of the gem’s names. Pearl is Earl, Amethyst) is Amy, Lapis is Bob, and Sapphire is Sophie. The episode was also leaked online 2 weeks before it was supposed to air on Cartoon Network.
