A cloacal penis beginning at a bulbous base (which functions to extrude the member from within and is not used for penetration or sealing, unlike knots), with a narrow shaft that ends at a cuff-like glans (which does function as a sealing mechanism). The 'urethra' is external, running ventrally, and erectile tissue along either side of it and on the glans serve to seal the groove from the outside.
