Raricow is a popular fan-made depiction of the My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic character Rarity as a pony/cow hybrid.

As indicated by her nickname, Raricow is a "cow-ified" version of Rarity, who has adopted a number of distinctive bovine traits such as cow horns, a cow tail, and black patches of fur reminiscent of Holstein cows. In some fan art, she may additionally have udders, cloven hooves, a nose ring, a cattle tag, cowbell, etc. Lactation is also a common theme in Raricow fan art.

The fan character started in early 2014 as an edit of a Rarity drawing by Redintravenous. The first original artwork was by Yajima, followed by other eastern artists like Kushina, Toki, and Aruurara. The first drawing by a western artist was by Carnifex, who learned of it because he follows Aruurara, and the Raricow trend took off from there.
