Decidueye is a grass-type and ghost-type Pokémon, designed after an owl and an archer. It has large light brown-feathered wings, a white-feathered body, and a tail and hood made of leaves. Not to mention owl-like talons and beak. Round markings around its eyes resemble goggles or glasses.

With two small vines that sprout just below its neck, Decidueye combines its large wings to form a makeshift bow. Combined with a feathery arrow quill, it makes an excellent archer.

This final evolution of Rowlet was leaked early in development, and may have some other (false) aliases associated with that, like Robinroot.
