A character whose penis appears to be circumcised, where the foreskin covering the glans of the penis has been surgically removed or is otherwise not present. Not to be confused with retracted_foreskin.

When fully erect, a circumcised penis can resemble an uncut one. The difference is rarely apparent in less detailed images, and should be left untagged. Circumcised penises will sometimes have a visible scar going around the penis.

Characters with sheaths or animal genitalia should not be tagged as either circumcised or uncut.
