A threesome is not an orgy. You can only tag orgy and threesome together when there is a threesome in an orgy.

Some tags are inherently related to threesomes, including:

• spitroast – a sexual position where a character bent over, on all fours, or lying on their back, is penetrated by characters in front of and behind them simultaneously.
