Derived directly from the comic, he is:

As a character, Sam is very happy-go-lucky throughout the story. Although, he is easy to persuade and has that abused by the entire household of different Eeveelutions.

Sam is considered of-age and just graduated high school.

He lives with his other roommates; Lust, Sloth, Greed, Envy, Karma, Pride, Gluttony, and Wrath.
