Japanese 'meme'.

A particular facial expression that occurs when a character's mouth is open, and eyes are usually rolled back. Often accompanied by dilated_pupils and tongue_out.

These kinds of posts are usually also tagged with the fucked_silly tag, if sexual.

Not to be confused with ahoge.
