Capricorn is the 10th (or 11th, if you count Ophiuchus) sign of the Western Zodiac. Capricorn is based upon the symbols of an ancient Sumerian god of wisdom and water, craft and creation named Enki. His symbols were the goat--representing ambition, curiosity and a stubborn, intelligent way of thriving, even in inhospitable places. The fish, on the other hand, represented passion, intuition and spirituality. Eventually, the two were blended.
This tag should be used for things directly concerning the sign Capricorn. Typically, this will be some sort of personification: A creature both fish and goat, resembling a merfolk in many respects. While an earth sign, water will likely play a prominent role in any images, though this isn't a requirement at all.
