breasts
Breasts are soft, prominent rounded growths that overlay the chest muscles, serving as mammary glands (tissue that produces milk). They are the most obvious secondary sexual characteristic of female (and intersex) characters. Breasts have had a complex relationship with social mores, aesthetics, femininity, and sexual attractiveness throughout history and including the modern day.
General guidelines
- If breasts are present in a scene, they should be tagged regardless of whether the character is fully clothed or nude
- If covered, in a non-sexual context, they should be rated Safe this includes images with subtle nipple outline, this is regardless of size.
- Fully or partially exposed breasts (with the nipple/areola visible), or covered, with clearly defined nipple outline, should be tagged as Questionable, unless other elements within the scene prompt an Explicit rating
- If a character's breasts are uncovered, use exposed breasts or one breast out as appropriate.

- Male/Andromorph characters should never be tagged as "flat chested"
- Not to be confused with pecs or small breasts
- A flat chested character should not be tagged with "breasts". If you think that a character should be tagged with "breasts", then you should probably use small breasts instead of flat chested.

- Breasts that are "absurdly large", usually disproportionately massive compared to the character, and sometimes even bigger than the character themselves.
- Keep proportions in mind when tagging, huge breasted character with exaggerated or overweight bodies may mistakenly be mistagged as "hyper"
