Instant loss 2koma (Japanese: 即堕ち2コマ) is an image sequence or comic with two (or three occasionally) panels or poses, which depicts a character "instantly losing". The first frame will suggest that the character will "be victorious", with the second or third frame showing them losing instantly. The word 2koma in the name is the romanization of the Japanese term "２コマ", meaning a 2-panel comic.

Frequently, instant loss 2koma involves a character challenging or rejecting an unseen second character, or possibly in a dominant pose above the viewer or unseen character; this is followed up by a second or third part where they are shown physically beaten, defeated, or in a submissive/nonconsenting position while having sex with the previously unseen character. When the "instant loss" involves sex, this typically involves a character in the first panel with standoffish body language (crossed arms, etc.), insulting, belittling, or mocking the viewer or unseen character, followed by the character in a mating press position from a rear view.

This format can apply to a wide variety of situations, and be shown in various ways; it may be subverted, with the "overconfident" character from the first panel emerging victorious as they expected, or turning the tables on the other character, or even enjoying their "loss".
