This tag is for a situation where a male is using part of himself or an object to stimulate part of someone else.

He is fingering a vagina, fucking a cloaca, or shoving a dildo down someone's throat.

'Using' does not necessarily assume consent or dominance, so this tag is still appropriate for a dominant female having vaginal or anal sex with a male because she is still receiving his penis, even if she is taking it.

To determine who is the giver and who is the receiver try to think who has the 'passive' part and who has the 'active' part.

Generally, 'passive' parts are:

breasts
because these parts more-or-less lack the ability to use another part if the part is not cooperating.

whereas 'out' parts are generally:

because these parts can force their way in and manipulate another part.
