When a character is clutching, groping, or "forcibly seizing" at one or both, of their own, or another character's breasts with one or both of their hands. Usually goes hand in hand with breast squeeze.

Unlike holding breast, a breast grab involves more active force from the hand, a grab doesn't let the weight of the breast(s) rest on the hand, involve the character lifting/supporting the breasts, or cupping the breasts in their hands. A solo breast grab is more often a one-handed-one-breasted act, while solo breast holds usually involve both hands and both breasts.
