Used for posts depicting a character's nipples (or other milk-producing organs) visibly lactating through the clothing they're wearing, as seen either through stains or wet marks over the nipple area, or by milk leaking out through the fabric.

This action is often associated with pregnant characters, but may well be visible for other reasons.
