Dragaux is the main antagonist of the Ring Fit Adventure video game.
He's an anthro male dragon character, his entire body is dark (often black in color, but sometimes depicted in purple) and extremely muscular, with wide wings. He has white horns, wing claws, 4-fingered claws and white toe claws.
He also has sharp teeth and is often depicted wearing a black and red wrestling singlet and carrying dumbbells.
Finally, Dragaux is THE most famous and popular character in this Nintendo Switch game. (In particular for several very specific reasons~)
