Fennekin evolves from level 16 into Braixen, which evolves from level 36 into Delphox.
Biology
Fennekin is a small Pokémon that – as its name suggests – looks like a fennec. It is mainly covered in yellow fur, which is longer on its hips. It has a white muzzle with a tuft of fur on each cheek, large orange eyes and a pointed black nose.
This Pokémon has two pointed teeth on its upper jaw, visible when Fennekin opens its mouth. Tufts of orange fur are tucked inside its large ears. It has small, slender paws with no visible toes, also its tail is fluffy with an orange tip.
Fennekin is inspired by the fennec. It also shares similarities with the kitsune, a mythical fox from Japanese folklore that can generate fire from its tail or mouth and is often associated with witchcraft
It releases hot air from its ears, which can reach temperatures of over 200 degrees Celsius (≈ 392 degrees Fahrenheit)... Fennekin uses this ability to intimidate its opponents.
It can also be a little temperamental, but is very loyal to its trainer.
