OSHA, or the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, is a federal agency from the United States that creates rules for workplaces to follow to ensure all involved are safe. Example violations would be not wearing a hard hat in a hard hat zone, using forklifts incorrectly, or not storing fluid in tanks that can handle the storage pressure.
