multi head fellatio
Like collaborative_fellatio, except it is done by a character with multiple heads. However, it does not always associate with the fellatio or collaborative_fellatio tags.
This tag does not apply if a character with multiple heads is receiving fellatio, unless another character with multiple heads is doing it with more than one of its heads.
Not to be confused with multiple characters (different bodies) performing the action, which is simply collaborative_fellatio.

If the character with multiple heads is fellating itself with multiple of its heads (even if it has hemipenes or has multiple penes), use this tag with autofellatio or auto_penis_lick, whichever one applies. Do not use the fellatio tag in this case.

If only one head is stimulating the penis of another character orally while the other heads are not, just use multi_head with fellatio or penis_lick instead.

If multiple heads are stimulating multiple penes but never on the same character, just use multi_head with fellatio or penis_lick, whichever ones apply.
