The Siren is a boss from the popular mod for The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, Antibirth, who was later ported into the game officially within the Repentance DLC, designed by NotYourSagittarius. She is a dark grey demonic being found within the Mausoleum. She bares two sets of horns, 2 short ones pointing upwards over her head and the other two curving besides her head akin to a ram. Other features include blank white eyes that seem to faintly glow, long tendril-like black hair and large sharp teeth. Like most demon enemies in the game, she also possesses flight.

Her main ability is her powerful singing voice which is not only used to directly harm the player with its intense frequency but also charm any familiars the player has equipped, making them fight with her instead.
