Chris is an original Luxray character created by artist Zourik, his first appearance is in the comic Family Moments.
He also appeared in Training the Beast as an employee of a Silvally. (And in other comics)

Chris is a male anthro Luxray, his body is colored in two colors: blue and black with yellow stripes on his arms, his blue ears are yellow inside and he has black hair and a black mane.
His eyes and nose are red, while his sclera are yellow. Finally, his black tail has a star-shaped tip.

He is dating Allan... However, they aren't a couple: They're just friends with benefits.^{[Allan's own words]}
