When a character's buttocks slap together, making an audible clapping noise.

Ass clapping can happen if a character is hopping, makes a sudden jump, is thrusting, bouncing in place, shaking their butt or even while walking; however, ass clapping is most often associated with twerking — but not all images with ass clapping should be tagged as twerking nor should all images with twerking be tagged with ass clapping.

In static art and soundless animation, ass clapping can be represented by motion lines, afterimage, and/or motion blur to suggest the buttocks moving, sometimes with emanata for the collision between the cheeks; onomatopoeia like "slap" or "clap" (or more evocative sound effects like "plap" "thwap" or "whop") are also frequently seen. The buttocks may also be drawn squishing together and rippling, usually along with the sound and visual effects mentioned above.

This tag should ONLY be applied if there the buttocks are visibly slapping together with emanata and/or sound effects indicate their ass is clapping.
