Images that depict a character's arms tied up somehow with a rope, chain or some other non-living object. With living things, such as tentacles, you should use arm_grab.

If the binding this is attached to the hands or wrists, you should use hands_tied. These two tags can both be used, if they both apply.

Normally, a character who has his/her arms tied up is participating in bondage. Keep in mind that the tags arms above head, hands above head hands behind back, and others can be used in most cases when a character has their arms tied.
