Toe restraints are devices used to bind down toes to a fixed position or restrained together. They can be study metal clamps (shackles) or belt straps that hold a character's feet from moving around. Small handcuffs or chains that are designed for toes are another example

This can also include the use of rope or other flexible bindings such as tape which would as well fall under the toes_tied tag.

The toe_restraints tag can be commonly found with bound, tickle_torture, foot_focus, stocks, or fully_bound.

Thumbcuffs, which bind fingers, are also considered a toe restraint as toes are still fingers
