A penis that is thicker at the base, and gradually becomes thinner towards the tip.
It often resembles a tongue or long spike and is almost always very pointed at the tip, but on a rare occasion it may or may not feature a distinct glans and/or foreskin. It can be seen in cetaceans (as in dolphins and whales), kangaroos, deer, and many others. It tends to be coupled with a sheath or genital slit in species that have either of them, such as dragons.
