When a character presenting their penis calls specific attention to their uncircumcised foreskin, usually by pulling it to create a space between it and the glans. This also applies when a character with a long, unretracted foreskin pushes it forwards over the glans towards the viewer or a sex partner, or otherwise presents it very prominently.
