The Red Crown is a major item in Cult of the Lamb and the primary source of Lamb's powers, given to them by Narinder, under their guisee as "The One Who Waits."

It's appearance is that of a black, two-pointed crown with a red, snake-like eye in the center, which constantly looks around

While not an actual character in the strictest sense of the word, the Crown appears to be alive, if not sapient.

In the "Sins of the Flesh" update, the Red Crown becomes fully sentient. It takes on the form of a black cobra and will communicate with The Lamb. The Red Crown will encourage the Lamb to push and corrupt the Cultists into hedonism and debauchery so as to harvest their sins. The update also introduces the leader's tent which features a separate attachment which the crown sleeps in.
