The queen of spades is a face card used in a deck of playing_cards, usually portraying the bust of a queen holding a flower and a scepter.

Raceplay symbols or brandings using the phrases "QOS," "queen of spades," or containing a black spades (suit) usually with the letter "Q" or "Z" in it, queen_of_spades_symbol should be used instead if it is not a playing card.
