Mauzymice, also known as JennyLee, is a Hispanic artist who primarily uses Paint Tool SAI for her artwork and Flipnote Studio 3D for animation. She is best known for her cartoony and “silly” art style, notably creating and animating the “silly cat” with her Nintendo 3DS in 2022, which later gained meme status throughout the rest of the year and on to 2023. Her partner is zinamao.

Mauzy establishes herself as a safe for work artist; this stance applies to both her commissioned work^[1] and the platforms on which her art is posted. In January 2023, she expressed disapproval of her artwork appearing on e621 in her takedown request (#17381), prompted by the discovery of her old NSFW artwork dating back to 2018, resurfacing on the site for one day before being deleted.^[2] This complaint not only targeted the soon-to-be-controversial 2018 piece, but all works of hers uploaded at the time, including original art of silly cat. Though this may seem to differ from being put on the Do Not Post List, reposting any of these works will result in deletion, with no exceptions for derivatives that fail to reach the threshold of originality or quality standards.^[3]

Later in 2023, damaging false allegations and heinous misrepresentations arose regarding her old NSFW art. Fueled by X/Twitter's opposition against her art-turned-meme silly cat, users had essentially launched smear threads “exposing” her. She has since responded to and discredited these,^[4] but certain areas of her social media remain either private or abandoned indefinitely since then.

As of 2024, she is found to be most active on her FurAffinity, Instagram and Ko-fi pages respectively.
