Two or more characters engaging in sexual activities within the body of a third character (or creature). This is almost inherently connected to vore with multiple prey, though other means are possible, such as unborn twins (like in the third example above, post #4968950).

The characters may be within the third character's stomach, throat, intestines, rectum, uterus, or testicles, depending on the type of vore involved.
