rounded back is the opposite of an arched back it denotes that the back is explicitly flexed into a curved posture with the back flexed outwards.

The position should explicit, and should at first glance be obvious that the character is in an explicit pose which causes their back to be rounded or that the tail bone and upper back make an angle of more than about 80 degrees.
