Character: the dark urge (baldur's gate)

"My rancid blood whispers to me: kill, kill, and kill again..."
One of Baldur's Gate 3's "origin characters". Unlike the other origin characters (the others being Karlach, Gale, Shadowheart, Astarion, Wyll and Lae'zel), and more akin to Commander Shepard, they can be fully customized, but have a well-recognized default apparence. That default is a male dragonborn with white scales that turn dark red where the skin is seemingly thinner (neck, underarm, inner thighs, soles, groin, testicles, and sides of the penis), red eyes, and a face framed by a crest of five horns (plus five more behind the head) in a style the game calls "arcuate". While the default has no tail, a chin adorned by a single horn-like spike called a "dagger pommel", and the cheeks have six long, thin spikes on each sides referred to as "taunting needles", these details are much less iconic and vary a lot in fan art. Their default class is sorcerer.
Accurate default face:
"The Dark Urge" is the only name this character know themselves as, having no memory of who they are besides an overwhelming urge to murder. Suppressing or embracing that urge, and finding out where it comes from are key aspects of their storyline, which results in several unique interactions and potential for gratuitous violence.
Of the "origin" characters, the Dark Urge is the only character that the player does not meet when not playing as them, although late in act 3 a dead body matching the default apparence can be found in Orin's chambers.
