A specific type of gloves used in medical or scientific applications, this tag should be applied in images which clearly depict medical settings, medical_instruments or medical examinations. These gloves cover the entire hand and usually have long cuffs which end on the forearm. These gloves can't be backless_gloves or fingerless_gloves. If the back or fingers of medical gloves appear to have been ripped off then use torn_clothing.

Not to be confused with

• latex_gloves: This tag should only be applied to gloves presented in a non-medical context. Medical gloves should never be tagged as latex_gloves but these gloves can appear alongside each other if their appearances significantly differ.
